fossildan Posted April 14, 2010 WOW !! its nice to see a tooth that you've not seen before. strikes me as odd that they think this is mako family !! has anyone ever seen mako's with a bourlette like that ?? reminds me very much of otodus/carcharocles lineage. I have always thought the fat bourlette to be unique to that lineage. if I had to guess a species i would have said it a juvanile meg. very strange and interesting, shall have to do some research on this one. thanks for showing that one northern Link to comment
