    I want to buy this tooth. The seller write that is Nothosaurus/Nothosaur from Poland but i don't know if nothosaur teeth are know from Poland. @pachy-pleuro-whatnot-odon do you know?

    My Nothosaurus tooth

    This is a 2 cm/0.8 inch Nothosaurus tooth, from Triassic Germany. A nice tooth with good size for the genus. This is my first fossil from this family and my second fossil from the Triassic period.

    Nothosaurus specialist needed

    Hi! I recently bought "so called" Nothosaurus vertebra, but seller didn't have any proof of origin of the specimen. Could you confirm that this is a Nothosaurus vertebra? It was found in triassic site in Silesia, Poland. Another question. Why this bones are do small? Could it be a juvenille reptile or example of a smaller species?

    This is my biggest Nothosaurus tooth until now with a length of 2.5 cm ! Its from a quarry in southern Germany (Baden-Württemberg) from a "Bonebed" (Triassic). Some more pictures:
  6. I have found this fossil being sold as an original nothosaurus (though in the description it says Hyphalosaurus and at the card on the photo archosaurus). I am really new in this hobby but I think I can tell it looks completely fake. Would apriciate any opinions to see if my skills are geting beter! Thank you all in advance for your answers!
