Fossil of 'tongue' found in France. In cliffs on the D130, above the river Yonne. Coordinates 47°35'03.2"N 3°38'41.5"E

Could only upload one image within the max upload. I have many many photo's from different angles but not sure how to upload. The tongue appears to be encrusted in a approx 1-2mm thick crytalised substance, with areas breaking off and revealing the white. There is a larger clear crystal at the tip of the 'tongue'. There is also a spherical object, perhaps an eye, adjacent the tongue. Look forward to your responses. Best, Ron- 5 replies
