Hi all! I've had this tooth in my collection for a while now and I want to give a more narrow ID. It was originally sold to me as belonging to Ceratosaurus sp. and even then I knew how bold a statement that was and have had my doubts about it. My knowledge on Morrison Theropod teeth is very limited so any of your help is appreciated.

Dear friends. Once again I bother you with a question, as I would love to know which animal this tooth might belong to. According to the seller, it is a prehistoric Indonesian elephant, but I have no further information. I attach the best photographs I could get, one of them with a ruler to measure in centimeters.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this small tooth. It is 4mm, from Liaoning, Yixian Formation, China. I am wondering if it is a bird tooth. Given the vast amount of birds found there, I think a more specific ID is unlikely. It doesnt seem to fit any of the pterosaurs, but there could be a type I am overlooking. It is attached to matrix, so I can't get a photo of the base, but I did what I could. Thanks for the help

Hi Thanks for accepting me on to your forum - I'm hoping for some info re the attached images. I'm a complete novice so please excuse any obvious confusion/errors. These were a surface find in an inland, ploughed field in East Yorkshire, nearest coastal town Withernsea. I think they may be teeth or tusks, possibly wild boar, but could be completely wrong. Can anyone confirm the species and approximate age/if they are indeed fossils or too modern? Many thanks!

Hello, I got this tooth that was labeled "raptor" from the hell creek fm. In the ad--and now in-person too--I think it's a T. Rex tooth. The trickiest part is getting anything on the mesial carina, there's quite a bit of wear / weak / lack of denticles. I'd love to get your thoughts on whether there's enough here to stamp it T. Rex. About 3/mm distal Attempts as mesial carina (strong twist)

Recently got this partial theropod tooth, found in Niger, Gadoufaoua. Likely a Eocarcharia Dinops tooth. If anyone can help me confirm this species, that would be amazing!

Looks like a pretty good candidate for a possible Dromaeosaurid tooth to me (small, compressed, recurved, clear difference in serration size and a mesial twist) but I would welcome your opinions. The tooth is 13 mm long. Serration counts are 16 per 5mm distal ans 23 per 5 mm mesial. Thanks!
