This tooth (16 mm) was advertised as a Triceratops tooth from Hell Creek. I believe this is what they call a ceratopsian spitter and it could belong to several species, but I am not entirely sure. Can you say without a doubt that this is ceratopsian? Just wanted to double check here to be sure, as I bought it as a present. Thanks!

Hi, Just wanted confirmation about whether this tooth from Morocco is Pliosaur or Polycotylid. The crown is somewhat small, but there are still striations on it. I lean towards Pliosaur but I'm not 100% sure at this point. Thank you!

Hello everyone ! I just found this shark tooth. I ask here to see if it's rare, or what kind of shark it is. It is the first time that I find a tooth with these characteristics. Thank you very much to all ! regards !

Hello again my friends, I have a question that may seem silly, but I would like to know your opinion, I have seen that in some of Meg's teeth (I give you two examples), they have some snake-shaped spots, they are simple pattern or they are some kind of worm??

Hello everyone, I recently bought this tooth on the Internet. Unfortunately, I don't know where the tooth came from or what species it is. Since I'm more interested in extant species, I'm not too familiar with fossils. I think it's a sand tiger shark, but unfortunately I don't know which species. So I hope someone of you can help me with the ID Many thanks in advance and best regards from Germany

Howdy Folks, Here is a recent find of what I think is the broken tip of a shark tooth. This was found loose in the beach gravel along the Nye Mudstone in Lincoln County, Oregon. I would appreciate any thoughts about it. Thank you

Hello all. I found this on a beach in Santa Cruz, CA earlier today. No idea what I'm looking at - all of the similar teeth that I looked at online didn't have a base like this one. Thank you for any help.

Spinosaur tooth - how much is real?
Gareth_ posted a topic in Is It Real? How to Recognize Fossil Fabrications
Hey all I got this Spinosaur tooth (Kem Kem Beds, Morocco) amongst other fossils and it caught my attention because of the root and I thought I'd run it by people far more experienced than I. There is some obvious fill on the distal side of the tooth and a broken tip but the transition between the crown and root is smooth suggesting it's all one genuine piece ...? Your thoughts....?
