It does not look very Carch or Abeli like to me, which is a good sign i guess ? Migth be Noasaurid maybe ? I dont know, but maybe you ! (Sadly this is the only picture of it) I have made a topic on a similar one once too, heres the link to it to compare them. https://www.thefossilforum.com/topic/140729-moroccan-dromeosaur-tooth/#comment-1484146

Just want to get some opinions before I purchase a tooth. Do you guys think this is definitely a Dakotaraptor tooth? Or does it look more Nano? Size is .71” and it’s from Hell Creek Formation, Garfield County, Montana. 24506BD7-17AC-42BF-B3C6-7C613A84332B.webp 31C05BFB-8621-4C95-9A7A-4A92A0C553D7.webp E6280DD3-5623-4D78-966F-F7A20751CEFB.webp 7CFB9AAF-269D-48B6-A26E-5265AE476524.webp E04ED762-40B5-42D1-BADA-52A77A44425B.webp

Hi, Is this a Dromeosaur vertebra centrum?, Is there anyway to tell If it is? It’s 1.56 inches long, and is from the Drumheller valley of the Horseshoe Canyon Formation of Alberta, Canada. Thank you!!

I was reading some posts about tooth ID last night on the forum. I read that dromeosaur teeth from the Hell Creek formation have different serrations on the front and the back. If I remember correctly, I think I saw a post that said the back side of the tooth have larger serrations. I saw this tooth from Carter county Montana this morning, listed as dromeosaur but to me it looked like both sets of serrations were pretty uniform. I was wondering if there’s a chance this is a tyrannosaur tooth, or if it is some type of dromeosaur tooth. It’s approx. 3/8 long, so maybe the size alone is enough to rule out tyrannosaur but I thought I might as well check. Unfortunately only 2 pictures were given.

I found these two teeth in some matrix that I recently brought back from the Aguja formation in West Texas, Brewster county. I think one is a dromaeosaur tooth and the other a hadrosaur tooth. The serrations on both sides of the theropod tooth are about 6 per 1mm. The scale in the photos is 1mm. What do you think? Thanks for any help.

PrehistoricAustralia posted a topic in Is It Real? How to Recognize Fossil Fabrications
Hi all, For those who haven’t caught sight of my recent introduction to the forum, I’m Henry - Hello I’m seeking verification on a dromeosaur claw I’ve found for sale. It’s a pricey piece, although I believe the piece to be genuine it’s definitely worth a second opinion before dropping the coin!- 6 replies

So a while back I was given these fossils along with a Spinosaurus tooth. He said that they were all from the same area and that they were both vertebrae. I can see the touch up on the larger one obviously but it still seems real because of the spongy meterial from the one view. I was just wondering if you could ID these for me I’m pretty new to the fossil scene. Thanks.
