It’s May Day - Spring has sprung, and another month begins. The staff have once again conferred, and have arrived at a decision as to who will wear this month’s Member of the Month crown. Without any further ado, … this month’s winner is… Darktooth! Dave joined the Forum for just over two years ago. Since then, he has shown himself to be a gregarious member – always ready to share information – (whether about fossils or locations), extend greetings to new members, and bring us reports of his hunts and finds in the great states of New York, New Jersey, Maryland, at the Calvert Cliffs. He has also taken part in the Rolling Auction to Benefit the Forum, by jumping in when someone else cannot keep the auction rolling, and by bidding on especially tempting lots. I know that Dave has gone out of his way to meet up with members to hunt locations he is familiar with, and takes part in organizing and attending Forum Group Hunts. I’ve hunted with Dave, and he is the real deal. A nice guy who loves getting dirty and finding the prizes. Like many of us long-timers, Dave has recently discovered an intense desire to know more about the fossils he is collecting, and the localities he is collecting from. Dave, thanks for all you bring to the Forum. Congratulations! Speech!!! Speech!!!
