oilshale
In Messel, it's not so uncommon to find them together - there are more than 9 pairs. There is at least one additional pair in my cellar and I also know of two other pairs. Thomas Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes (Confucius, 551 BC - 479 BC). sward
Wow!. Amazing fossil. If it's your time to go...that's the way to do it. There is at least one additional pair in my cellar... I would love to see pics of yours. I've never seen "mating" fossils before. Edited June 20, 2012 by sward SWardSoutheast Missouri (formerly Dallas/Ft.
