Mike Pocock
When I was younger I lived in Cardiff and used to go on days out to Penarth and go fishing off the pier, never knowing that fossils lurked along the beach. Oh for a time machine. Regards Mike
Welsh Wizard
It's great news. We've now got a single example of most of the bones. Still looking for ilium, coracoid, full humerus, scapula and some other bits and bobs. We also know exactly from where in the cliff it came. It's also one of the main reasons we went public rather than waiting for years for a paper to be published. Once stuffs on the beach for a couple of weeks it's destroyed by the sea. Oh, keep a look out for dinosaur Britain as well. Nick
