I’m not sure if anyone else has posted this but here’s a Mary Anning letter that sold today for £100,800 or $132,000.

That's crazy, I remember reading somewhere that they'd hope to get 10k - 12k for it. It would have looked awesome in the Green Zone of the Natural history museum where many of Mary's finds are displayed.
