Here for some well needed help 15 years in the making +....been finding strange rocks that I observed were similar to these other stones, and finally realized it's not teeth, not mini skulls of a previously unknown species, not a vertebrae point...its horn coral?? I can not find several of my specimen's  anywhere online...some are very unique in their pyramidal/geometric growth or result of time/pressure, very unique indeed

We'd love to see some photos. Don't post them here (this subforum is more for introductions). We have a subforum section for Fossil ID where you can post some well lit and focused images of your potential horn (rugose) corals. We have a lot of great fossil knowledge locked up in the heads of our diverse membership and we love sharing that knowledge with the receptive.

Welcome aboard!

Cheers.
