New Members Dnj Posted September 5, 2022 New Members Share Posted September 5, 2022 Hi everyone, first post here after a trip to the Outerbanks (Corolla), North Carolina US. Found washed up on the beach, approx. 11 cm long. I can’t find anything here on this forum or various googling that looks exactly like this. Based on what I’ve seen as a total newbie, I’m thinking either coral or worm colony or sponge - your thoughts are very much appreciated!
Al Dente
Probably a gastropod columella that has been bored by a Cliona sponge. 1 1
