Could this be something someone made or is it all natural?

Hello,

I’m not quite sure what this could possibly be if anything.. the shape of it along with some of the details like the top part of it, the slit (mouth?) and random red dots. I thought it looks kinda made or like carved? I’m not really sure..

found in Tudor and Cashel, Ontario Canada.

Looks like a rock. Not seeing anything fossil or artifact related at all.

Not seeing anything that erosion could not quite easily produce. I do love the beautiful septarian concretion you are using as a background but it is a bit distracting. ;)

Were there other rocks similar in nature to this where this was found or was it an oddity?

Cheers.
