In an anatomical discussion -

Are there any extant "ornithshian" species?  If not, did any "bird-hipped" species survive the K/T extinction?

Ornithischia is one of the two orders of extinct dinosaurs, so I don't think you'll find any extant ones. I'm no great expert on the subject, so I couldn't tell you if any survived the K/T extinction, but maybe someone like @Troodon could provide you with more information.

Like Ludwigia indicated Orthischian's is an order of extinct herbivorous dinosaur.  That hip configuration was unique to that group so its unlikely any survived the extinction event.   Although called "bird hip" dinosaurs they are not at all related to birds.
