Found in central Washington in the hills near Mt Adams. Is this a fossilized egg?

While it's certainly ovoid,I doubt it's origin as the biomineralized end result of vertebrate reproductive behaviour.

Probably a concretion, but we'd need more close up photos from different angles to tell for sure. I've never been to Mt. Adams, but a google search has shown me that it's in the middle of a volcanic field, so most of the rocks in the area must be igneous rather than sedimentary.

Looks like a limestone concretion to me, but hard to tell from one photo. 

Not an egg.
