This was found in the Carboniferous limestone of the Malahide formation , east coast Dublin Ireland,

Sutures don't actually show on the outer shell. They're on the calcite interior mould with the chamber walls in it where they abut the inner shell surface; there are the remains of the shell around that patch. Neat specimen. :)
