Sorry, but at first glance im not seeing any fossils here. The pictures are to blurry to see If Its one or not. So from all what i see, its just a rock.

Are good signatures really that important ?

Not a tooth. No enamel or tooth structure, or root texture.

Looks like a piece of chert or limestone.  Not a fossil, at all.

Also during the Miocene period when megalodon was around Colorado was NOT under water.
