Number 4 looks like the concave pocket on a tortoise spur but it’s pretty worn out. Im a newer hunter too and you’ll find everything you could need to learn hunting here on the forum. They like to line their burrows with fecal pellets. Don't laugh there were no home improvement stores back then. The lumpy texture on the convex side is what is making me think that.
