Dino2033
Hello all! Over the past few months I have gone down to Big Brook in New Jersey and found a few fossils that I do not quite know exactly what they are. I have a general idea on what a few may be. 1. this tooth is about 1.5 cm long and had serrations on the small part of the remaining edge. I think it is probably mosasaur but it seems a little small. It also has a small curve in it. 2. Maybe the underside of a crab? Under a microscope it is very bumpy. 3. Maybe a small scute? 4. small piece of deformed enamel from something? 5. Huge shark tooth for this area. Maybe goblin but im not 100% sure and would like a little more certainty. Thank you all!
ted coulianos
Agree #2 is the ventral aspect of a crab; wide "apron" would indicate female, unsure as to genus or species.
