trilobiteruss
Just got done mounting up new trilobite photos to replace all the dinosaur posters I traded off with my dinosaur collection (for more trilobites for my collection -- hence photos of cool bugs). Was sharing with someone else and thought I would share how my room decorating is going where my collection resides... for your enjoyment... russ

Barry Yep all my dinosaur eggs, bones and models and posters went to the bugs.. I am pretty much done collecting them and going out west to dig (cannot afford to dig and am tired of dino politics with greed on both sides -professional and non). bugs are safer -- they only crawl You probably do recognize a few there! sward
Unbelievable room! My wife fully supports my fossil addiction, but I don't believe to that extent. But, a man can always dream, can't he? It is truly amazing. BRGDS sward DFW, TX SWardSoutheast Missouri (formerly Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX) USA

JimB88
Now thats a fossil room! I agree with you as far as dino politics go. I myself am also not into dino's (they're vastly over-studied!)

I myself am also not into dino's (they're vastly over-studied!) Well I did this for 20 years outside of my main geology work at the Illinois Geological Survey. I was really into the dinos but ... the spirit of cope and marsh is still alive in dinosaur science today, same snarge! Crinoids and trilobites are safer less prone to all this stuff

Indy
In picture 4 I noticed a "Teddy bear" on top of the display case. I'm sure there's a story here on why your fossil "man cave" includes a cute little fuzzy "Watch Bear" overseeing your collections.
