paul-waxahachie
Found April 2013 in the Woodbine Formation Arlington Texas. About 500 yards from the Trinity River. It's fossilized but still fairly light.
RichW9090
Need to see the other side, and the solid end. Do these two fragments fit together? If so, photograph with them united. I seriously doubt that this came from the Woodbine - it looks Pleistocene or Recent. Looks like it might be a large mammal metapodial. paul-waxahachie
Yes it does look like a mammal leg bone - like a deer or something. I found it in the Woodbine Formation in Arlington. Maybe it was transported into Arlington Texas by the Trinity River.
Regg Cato
deer seems reasonable to me.
