The tooth is from a horse (Equus) bovid, not sure on the bone, though.

At the minimum, fossilization can take 10,000 years, but sometimes it takes millions.

Definitely not a horse tooth. Horses don't have isolated stylids on cheek teeth.

From diagrams I've seen, I also think this is bovid. In terms of getting some expert opinion, you might wish to consult an expert at your local university or museum.
