Hmm anybody have an idea about what type this is it min 14 to 20 inches long

The pictures are too blurry and dark for us to make out any diagnostic detail. Perhaps take some clearer shots in natural daylight.

I agree - these pictures are very blurry.  

My initial reaction is that this looks like a nodule, either sandstone or mudstone. 

 

Please take pictures outside in bright sunlight, and from directly over the objects, and all sides of both pieces. 

Also, please, put something in the picture for scale, like a ruler or tape measure. 

Also, where was this found?

I'll go along with the others. Much better pics are needed before we can come to anything really conclusive, but for the time being I'm tending toward concretion.
