Is this an Amethyst Agate with Jasper

Amethyst Agate I believe. Not sure if thereis other purple agates.

Where was it found? Did you wet or oil it? Purple agates are usually dyed. There is a purple chalcedony.

It was wet. I have an Amethyst Agate slab. But I didn't want to cut this piece.

This looks like a Blue Lace Agate typically found in Africa. Very pretty, I have a polished piece.

It is medium to dark purple

Is that an technically an Amethyst Agate? I thought it was a geode at first but much too heavy. I cut it open to find this. It is from Arizona
