Semionotus tail and fins
Partial back end of a Semionotus sp.
Caudal, dorsal, anal, and pelvic fins are present.
Early Jurassic, (Hettangian) Shuttle Meadow Formation.
Connecticut.
Also, note the Otozamites brevifolis pinnule, and the Diplurus longicaudatus coprolite just above the tail.
