Fish vertebra

Is it possible to identify fish by this vertebra?
Scale - mm.
Western Ukraine, most probably Miocene.

Probably not, unfortunately. 

Without any context of other bones, fish vertebra are rather indistinct, and have no real genus or species identifiable characteristics. 

 

Bony fish vertebra indeterminate, is what my label would read.
