I think it is a fish jawbone but I am no where near and expert. Is it a jaw bone. If so, any idea of species. If not, what is it? Thanks for your help. GPayton Posted April 23, 2021 Share Posted April 23, 2021 I agree with @JarrodB, that brown-colored slightly shiny flaky texture is a pretty common signifier for fish fragments at the river, but of course without actual tooth sockets in view you can't really be certain that it's part of a jawbone.
