Thanks can u see the shell I tried to show the dimensions of the shell real well?

Thanks, I am seeing the striations now. I'm not sure Missouri has oyster shell fossils, but someone who is more familiar with the fossils in that state should be along soon.

Looks like a broken, calcite filled spiriferid brachiopod, to me.
