Sjfriend Posted May 28, 2022 Share Posted May 28, 2022 For me, totally depends on fossil and matrix. If fragile i may wait until it dries completely then use brush and dental picks. If they are solid then it's a water bath and brush. Best to test on a "trash" piece to confirm that the water won't make the matrix and specimen fall apart as some rock.looks solid but will quickly disintegrate if wetted after drying out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
