Marco90
My collection is enriched with new pieces from the dear, old Europe. This is a Gryphaea dilatata, the so-called "devil's toenail", from Villers-sur-Mer in Normandy, France: 1 My fossil collection - work in progress: Here My collection album: Here

Marco90
Now a little (2,8 cm) and nice Myophorella clavellata, also from Villers-sur-Mer in France. 1 My fossil collection - work in progress: Here My collection album: Here
Marco90
And now, a completely different phylum. From Lleida in Spain a Cretaceous Placosmilia vidali (it reminds me a little of the sandworm from the movie "Dune") 2 My fossil collection - work in progress: Here My collection album: Here
Marco90
A brachiopod from Barvaux-sur-Ourthe, Belgium: Cyrtospirifer verneuilli. 1 My fossil collection - work in progress: Here My collection album: Here
Marco90
And now, the ammonites! First, a Parkinsonia pachypleura from Saint-Benin-d'Azy, in France. The second one is a big Ceratites laevigatus from Héming, in France. Note the smooth living chamber and the ceratitic lines of suture: The other side isn't well preserved, but is partial visible the internal structure of the phragmocone: 1 My fossil collection - work in progress: Here My collection album: Here
