Received secondhand photos from a friend - Maryland beach concretions, or something more?

Hello guys, hope you've all been well!

A friend recently reached out to me with these photos and asked if they were anything, so I apologize for the lack of formal photos/measurements. They were beachcombing on Assateague Island in MD, which isn't very fossiliferous on the surface from my understanding; even so, I told them I'd reach out to see if any of the three objects below are anything unusual.

Thanks!

These look like paleozoic fossils that were transported by dredging, or glaciers.

First looks like perhaps a bryozoan, and the others look like cross sections of shells, perhaps.

That's awesome. I'll pass this along to my friend! Thank you so much!

The top one looks like a coral to me. It could be a Rugose coral, but I'm not sure there is enough detail preserved to be certain of it. There are younger Scleractinian solitary corals that look similar.
