Is this a skull of a armoured ankylasauridae

Found in wise county in the puluxy formation..i believe this would classify as a replacement fossil ..maybe trace but its pretty apparent the skull structure is identical.

No bone texture, no symmetry, no specific identifiable anatomy. This is a piece of sedimentary rock eroded into a suggestive shape. It's no more a fossil Ankylosaur than a cloud that looks like an Ankylosaur is a fossil Ankylosaur. Great job posting with a locality (and scale, eventually). though.

For future reference, fossils (even cast/mold replacements, though bones typically three-dimensionally as permineralizations, not as cast/mold replacements) will be distinct in lithology from the surrounding rock. The part of the rock that looks like an Ankylosaur head is identical in lithology to the matrix.
