fossil of skin, plant, or coral?

 New member here. I have aquired a few fossils over the years that I need help with. This is the first one. I found it while digging in a yard in Tuscola County, Michigan. 

It is 3cm high and 2 1/2cm. Two sides are 1cm thick. The other two sides are 1/2cm thick. There's a chip in it that exposes the white portion.

Bryozoans. The net like shapes are fenestrates. The cup shape looks like a brachiopod.
