OK, so I am a complete newcomer to the world of fossils, and although I do have the references, I can't seem to pin this down. Appreciate any help I can get.

Definitely shrimp -- the question is "which one?". Looks like Acanthotelson stimpsoni, but it's a bit on the huge side for that!
