Bone Daddy
I found this big bone chunk, but I am afraid it may lack sufficient diagnostic features to identify it. I thought I would let the forum look at it before I throw it into my garden. Any ideas about what this might be? It looks like a partial "end" piece of a larger bone. Judging from the size, the critter had to be pretty big. Any help would be appreciated.
johnnyvaldez7.jv
Hard to tell...but from the 1st picture it looks like an occipital condyle....similar to what I found. Edited March 28, 2023 by johnnyvaldez7.jv
Bone Daddy
Thanks for the reply Johnny. WIth a little imagination I can see a complete version of my bone looking somewhat similar to your specimen. I still don't know what this one is. Maybe I will save up all of the unknown chunkasaurus I find and use the pieces to assemble a frankenstein fossil monster. LOL.
