Edmontosaurus toe ungual?

Just purchased this Edmontosaurus ungual and would like to know if it's indeed a toe ungual as advertised or a hand ungual? Considering the small size of 1.75" (length) x 1.5" (wide) is it correct I might assume it's from a juvenile Edmontosaurus?
