Hello all...this vert

is from the Ernst East Quarry....Miocene..Round Mountain Silt...I'm not even in the ballpark trying to nail this down...I was thinking that this might be a Caudal vertebra of a dolphin...... any thoughts? It's 4 cm in height...4cm wide...I'm assuming the holes are for Vertebral Arteries?

I agree with dolphin caudal vertebra.

It could also be a Whale caudal as well
