I'm Looking For Fossil Fish Poop!

You may thing this is a weird request but I am looking for a source for a specific type of fish poop.

See my crude drawing.

I bought a box of these from a booth at a gem and mineral show years ago, but I gave them away

to kids as a free gift during a show that I was set up at.

I regret giving them away because I made some fun things out of them.

I lost the contact that I used to get them from. Don't know what type of fish poop they were, or where

to get any more.

They were chocolate brown and ranged from 1" to 2 1/2" long.

Usually pointed on both ends.

I would like to know where they came from and a possible source.

Any suggestions?

I have spent a lot of time on the sulpher. I just didn't know that terminology.

It could have stood for National Stupid Rubes, like me. :faint: :faint:

Did you notice that the last 3 post have spelled it differently, that is why it is NSR, Sulphur is with a ph instead of a F and has 2 U's. I don't know why who ever spelled it that way but it is less confusing to just say NSR.

I used to make earrings out of them as a joke because the wives of the people I would go out collecting with,

would always say "Bring me some S&@$ back!"

I put a pair on Ebay once just for fun. Said OK guys, for all of you that their wives complain you never bring them anything

when you go off on your fossil treks, Here you go! I had about 45 bidders and the pair went for $112.00

I bought the box of about 200 poops on the last dat of the show for $25.00

The settings cost about $2.00 each

I usually just give them away.

I wanted to get a bunch made up for this next season for my digs in the badlands because about half the

clients that go on my digs are female.

It would be fun to give them out as the prize of the day.

Now that is pretty cool, I bet that is something that they will always remember.
