Please Help Identify Almond Shaped Fossil From Drumheller Alberta

Good Day,

Can anyone help me identify a fossil/imprint my son found in Drumheller, Alberta?

I vote concretion rather than fossil. A part of the top layer was removed, exposing the second layer as an almond shape.

Looks like a sandstone concretion to me as well.
