Welcome, fellow Asian member! The white thing is mineral that got in the fossil. Maybe quartz crystal? I'm not good with minerals :P

The white area represents the areola, while the central part is the lumen (infilled with sediment and recrystallized).

In the first picture, the sutures are visible.
