What is this?

Hi all, I found this amongst shells on a beach in Eden which is located in southern NSW Australia. I'm not sure it is a fossil but it does feel stone like and does not smell like a dead sea creature in fact it has no odour. It is about 4cm long by 2cm by 3cm. Thank you to anyone who can help with this.

Welcome to the Forum. :)

Looks like a cow tooth, possibly.  Take that with a grain of salt, however.

Mammal teeth are not my fortè!

Wait for some more opinions.

Regards,

Wow thanks for that, I had a look at cow teeth on net and it does look very much like that.

Looks like a cow tooth to me as well, we sometimes get them washed up on beaches over here.
