Is this a fossil?

My daughter found this on a beach in Norfolk UK today and wanted to know if it was a fossil?

Yes, this is most certainly a fossil bone. It may be quite difficult to identify further though.

is it heavy like a stone or more light? Could be from the ice-age

It's heavy like a stone and cold to the touch

I guess I hadn't thought of that test, but it would be a fine way to judge its density.
