LeDiableCorvus
I found this specimen in VA, USA. Any help identifying is greatly appreciated. Thank you, all.
fossilized6s
The pointy end is actually the root. I believe this maybe a sus incisor. 2 ~Charlie~ "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why.....i dream of things that never were, and ask why not?" ~RFK ->Get your Mosasaur print ->How to spot a fake Trilobite ->How to identify a CONCRETION from a DINOSAUR EGG
jpc
I will agree with incisor. Cannot say which animal. Modern, though, not a fossil.
LeDiableCorvus
Thanks for the information, I had never seen a tooth like this where the root comes to point. That being said, I am all wanderer and just started picking up interesting finds, so classification and identification is entirely new to me.
