Hi friends i went this week to my new fossil hunting site and i found many fish teeth this is one of them , it is 4 mm long , 2 mm wide at the root , sharp ,smooth edges .

I would have called them archaeological artifacts. They look like flakes left from tool making to me.

Barracuda teeth look very similar to this. I think they could be barracuda or a close relative.

I agree completely with Al Dente on this. They look very similar to the barracuda teeth found in our Miocene / Pliocene formations here.

The Umm Er Radhuma formation has Paleocene to Lower Eocene sediments, so the specimens in question might be Sphyraena related.
