Okay first the one above, turned out as well as it could. Nothing to write home about, about an Ecphora nonetheless. Had a hole wear through the front, had to stabilize that. Ended up being just a hair shy of 1.4 inches. Prep time was like twenty five minutes or so.

The next one turned out, well, at least it it turned out. A little nun of umbilicus was there but fell apart. The whole things been stabilized. Wonky is an understatement. Spent 30-40 minutes on the critter. 1.1 inches, or a tad bigger.
