This is interesting. Haven't seen one like this before. Any ideas? Grand Traverse, East Bay shoreline. The coin is a US quarter.

Could also be a sedimentary conglomerate made up of water-worn pebbles and sandy clay.

It crossed my mind, Roger, but the concentric layers of the constituent elements might rule out "puddingstone", I think. :)
