Cuban Fossil Turtle

Can any of the turtle experts give me any insite into this fossil turtle being offered to me in Cuba.

This is a resin piece. You can clearly see the air bubbles in second photo.

In fact it looks as if it used to have head and appendages and have been broken off.

Looks like a baby green sea turtle, but I am not an expert on turtles.

I don't think this ever was made from a fossil. Just a manmade figurine.

Ok, Now I see.  I guess it really was 'too good to be true'.
