It's a nice solitary scleractinian coral. Now, you have to prep it out from the matrix. :)

How can I clean out the matrix and increase quality of specimen ?

With a lot of patience and with some tools, like a dental pic for example, or an electric engraving pen, you can try to prep it out from the matrix, but be very careful to not destroy the fossil.

If you check the Fossil Preparation subforum, I'm sure you will find a lot of suggestions.
