Vertebrae of some sort?

Found in the same area on beach in South Carolina. I'm thinking a vertebrae of some sort?

The one on the left looks like a cetatean tail vert, not sure on the other one.

One on the left could be a highly mineralized shark or fish vertebrae. One on the right looks too small to be a whale vert, but too worn for to ID.

Wrong shape for either.

It is a cetatean tail vertebrae.

The left one is cetacean. The heart shape of the one on the right reminds me of dugong but there are probably other mammals that have heart shaped vertebrae.
