Eocene stingray barb or sea urchin spine??????

Hi friends ,can you help me with this ,I went to Khrase city, Eocene area , to the east of Riyadh and found spine like fossils it was a surface find i thought it was sting ray barb but a friend told me it could be sea urchin spins?????? , so what it is
